Supply Chain Manager

Lime Talent is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain, ensuring seamless delivery of products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily supply chain activities, including dispatching orders, managing stock movement, and reporting on efficiency and demand-related KPIs.
  • Take ownership of our supply chain software, Unleashed, which manages the full line from production to stock delivery.
  • Assist in new product development, sourcing, and costing.
  • Analyse and improve supply chain setup and management to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
  • Forecast supply, acquire sales data, and order stock from manufacturers.
  • Manage inventory and be the central point of contact between warehouses and DCs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve delivery issues.
  • Oversee 3PL warehouse and transport partners to ensure smooth deliveries.
  • Handle courier deliveries of samples nationwide.
  • Invoice inbound and outbound purchase orders.
  • Assist in managing manufacturing runs from inventory to delivery.
  • Oversee deliveries for the D2C channel and resolve order issues and customer complaints.
  • Ensure compliance with good food and beverage practices across the supply chain.
