Job Overview:

As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business revenue by identifying, pursuing, and closing high-value sales opportunities within the enterprise market. Your primary focus will be on establishing relationships with C-level executives, understanding their business needs, and positioning the correct solutions as the best fit to achieve their objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Identify and target new enterprise prospects, focusing on building a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target organizations.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a strong focus on new business development. Experience in IT industry is a plus.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, particularly in a high-growth environment.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, complex deal structures, and solution-based selling.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to senior executives effectively.
  • Relationship Management: Adept at building and maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
