Enterprise Account Executive

Scout Global is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Account Executive to join our team and drive sales growth for a cutting-edge AI/Computer Vision startup.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to lead the charge in identifying and securing new business opportunities within the enterprise segment. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and launching go-to-market strategies, navigating complex organizational hierarchies, and conducting thorough research to understand customer business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise segment, leveraging a metrics-driven approach to sales.
  • Navigate complex sales environments to pinpoint key decision-makers and build strong relationships with executive sponsors and internal champions.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to build pipeline, close deals, and achieve predictable, repeatable bookings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to advance deals and ensure long-term customer success.
  • Provide valuable feedback to other corporate functions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Create ROI and business justification reports using data-driven analysis.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of sales experience with a proven track record as a top performer in the Enterprise segment, preferably within an AI/ML startup.
  • Proven ability to learn, pitch, and demonstrate highly technical products, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Experience closing complex deals and navigating sales within intricate organizational structures.
  • Strong relationships and sales experience with C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge/experience of best-in-class software, with a strong technical understanding of AI/ML & Computer Vision.
  • Experience selling technical SaaS and cloud-based solutions, preferably with Gen AI/MLOps.
