We are looking for a passionate and hard-working kombucha lover to join our team full time as a Business Development & Marketing Executive. The role will be based in London’s New Covent Garden Market in Vauxhall but will involve a lot of time “on the road” visiting our customers and trying to win new ones.
The candidate must be looking to embrace the thrills and chills of start-up life. This is an early team role we are looking to fill and a fantastic opportunity to enter a small but fast-growing company and to be a major part of its success and development.
WHAT IS MOMO KOMBUCHA
We are on a mission to produce the UK's best tasting and highest quality kombucha. To achieve that we brew the old-fashioned way in small glass jars and leave our kombucha completely unfiltered for a fuller depth of flavour. Plus, we’re certified organic: better for you and better for the environment. We are the highest scoring B Corp kombucha company in Europe and secured a place on the Sunday Times’ Best Places to Work list in 2024.
MOMO has grown rapidly since launch and can be found in the likes of Ocado, Riverford, GAIL’s, Planet Organic, Whole Foods Market and Selfridges, as well as over 800 high quality independents.

YOUR ROLE
You’ll be responsible for:
A. Growing sales of MOMO in the grocery, convenience, and café sector.
This includes:
· building and maintaining relationships in volume-critical locations;
· identifying opportunities and actioning leads from colleagues;
· reporting on your progress (weekly) and building case studies to measure success;
· regional sales trips (4-6 pear year);
· account manager for our wholesalers.
B. You’ll be a brand ambassador and help grow MOMO Kombucha in our top customers.
This includes:
· tasting sessions & activations in stores and ensuring MOMO Kombucha is looking great on shelf;
· delivering kombucha training to the staff of our customers to ensure they know what makes MOMO special;
· support our sales & marketing efforts at trade shows and events.
C. Supporting our PR and marketing activities.
This includes:
· helping organise community events;
· supporting our influencer marketing strategy;
· supporting our sales and marketing efforts at trade shows;
· liaising with suppliers to produce high-quality POS material & distributing them across key accounts.
D. As a rapidly growing business everyone at MOMO needs to be ready to get stuck into other areas of the business outside their core focus. This could be supporting our production team with the making and packaging of our kombucha, cleaning the brewery or writing Christmas cards. They aren’t always the most glamorous tasks but everyone from the founders down gets stuck in.
