About the role:
This opportunity will see you joining a high preforming account management team, where each AM is responsible for a 120+ accounts. Each account manager is responsible for building solid relationships, seeking out up-sell opportunities that will in turn add value to the account holder.
You will have a challenger sales approach, and use data to create case studies that add a value proposition to each up-sell.
Key Duties:
⚡️ Maintain and grow business with each account
⚡️ Complete regular touch points
⚡️Grow account spend by understanding the goals of the accounts you manage and then introducing new features and tools
⚡️Seek out new business to increase your portfolio
⚡️Interpret data in review meetings to help customers understand their business and market
⚡️Achieve individual sales revenue and activity targets always aiming to be an overachiever
⚡️Deliver first-class account management and achieving maximum customer satisfaction
Who should apply:
- 2+ years client facing Account management experience
- Relationship building is one of your core top strengths
- Previous experience growing a book of accounts whilst also seeking out new business opportunities
- You have sold an online solution (bonus if this is a online marketplace)
