Account Manager – Nottingham, Leeds and London
We are now recruiting for a proactive Account Manager to join and work with our large and well-established Sales and Account Management teams. If you’re looking for a role where you can proactively manage and develop clients, both MICE and transient corporate, across our London, Leeds and Nottingham properties, then this is the role for you
You will be set up to work remotely, but must be able to travel when necessary to business meetings or our Nottingham, Leeds and London properties.
As the Account Manager, you will receive:

About the role:
- Proactive management and development of a defined number of accounts, also targeting new business opportunities
- This role can be based in Leeds, Nottingham or London and covers hotels located in this area, with travel to all the hotels as required and business meetings off site
- Develop, foster and grow relationships with key decision makers
- Achieve the set number of client activity levels as defined in the PPHE Sales SOPs
- Achieve business targets for new corporate business and M&E spend
- To be fully conversant regarding account statistics, production figures, Hoteligence opportunities, any other competitor tool opportunities, market share, discretionary business, feeder market analysis, business patterns for all accounts managed
- As part of the PPHE sales team keep abreast of all industry and account current affairs
- Build relationships with key account handlers within our partner Radisson Hotel Group
- Promote all marketing opportunities with client base
- Complete weekly schedule, sales reports and all other admin activities including keeping up to date client profile information in Opera
For this Account Manager role, you will:
- Have 3+ years pro-active Sales experience, ideally for both MICE and transient corporate.
- Have experience working in Hotels or on property
- Have a portfolio of corporate and MICE accounts
- Be independent and proactive
- Be located in Nottingham, Leeds or London and ideally have some understanding of the local markets in Nottingham and Leeds
