Our client, a leading Enterprise Project Management (EPM) consultancy firm, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Technical Personal Assistant to support their executive team. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in administrative support and project management, particularly within the EPM sector.



Job Summary:


As a Technical Personal Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting executive-level staff by managing schedules, coordinating projects, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive-level staff, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between executives and clients, maintaining professional relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are kept informed of progress.
  • Conduct research and compile reports for the executive team, offering insights and recommendations for strategic planning.
  • Implement and maintain project management software to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Organize and facilitate executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Support the development and implementation of EPM solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and industry best practices.



Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Technical Assistant, preferably within an EPM consultancy or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with EPM tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting is a plus.



Education:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Personal Assistant, Project Management Professional (PMP), or similar are advantageous.
