We provide Executive and Personal Assistant services to businesses and individuals, globally.


We can provide the full suite of integrated EA / PA services, in lieu of an employee. We perform all the tasks - and likely many more - clients would expect of a highest calibre EA employee, and deliver these as a team.

We can also supplement existing EAs or EA functions on a short or long term basis. We can provide extra support on special projects or during busy periods, as well as providing cover for holiday leave, family leave or sickness, ensuring that clients always have complete coverage of the highest quality.


We implement best-in-class processes, technology and people to ensure optimal outcomes for our clients.


Role Description

This is a contract remote role for an Executive / Personal (EA / PA) Assistant. The EA / PA will be responsible for providing the full range of EA / PA services across our client base. We operate on a hybrid and a remote basis, and are open to seeing candidates able to do either. Depending on candidate experience, the role may come with managerial responsibilities.

Requirements / Qualifications


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not a requirement, if the candidate can demonstrate strong experience.
  • Advanced certifications are a plus.


Experience:

  • Range of experiences considered. Family office and financial services experience mostly closely aligned with our client base and needs.


Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
  • Experience with CRM systems and virtual meeting platforms.


Communication Skills:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to draft high-quality emails, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Multilingual abilities are highly desirable.


Organisational Skills:

  • Superior time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.


Problem-Solving Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs, identify issues, and implement effective solutions proactively.
  • Experience in crisis management and handling confidential or sensitive information.


Interpersonal Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and personalities.
  • Discretion, integrity, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.


Adaptability and Flexibility:

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
  • Willingness to work non-standard hours and be available outside regular business hours when necessary.


Leadership and Initiative:

  • Ability to take initiative and act as a strategic partner to the executive.
  • Experience in leading projects or teams and mentoring junior staff.


Financial Acumen:

  • Basic understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and expense management.
  • Ability to assist in financial planning and analysis.
