Executive Assistant

We are working with a large hugely successful engineering organisation that is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide temporary support to their Chief Digital Officer and team.
As Executive Assistant you will interact with staff at all levels and you will demonstrate experience in handling administrative and executive support tasks with minimal supervision, ideally operating at a senior or C-Suite level in a previous role.
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 2 months (extension likely)
Responsibilities include:
- Manage complex diaries, organise meetings and appointments, with an ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities.
- Arrange international and domestic travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and transportation.
- Complete monthly expenses.
- Compiling and preparing reports, spreadsheets, presentations, packs, and correspondence.
- Track and remind senior staff of important tasks, actions, and deadlines.
- Build and maintain global relationships, including with senior management teams and their respective EAs/PAs.
- Support the Global Programme Lead with travel arrangements (flights, hotels, trains, visas).
Skills Required:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and MS Teams).
Relevant experience in a similar Executive Assistant role.
Excellent communication skills at all levels within an organisation.
Excellent administration skills.
Experience working with global teams.
Ability to organise and effectively prioritise workload, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
