Organon is hiring a Process Operator to join our world class manufacturing site in Cramlington, Northumberland. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of operating high speed, automated packaging lines to achieve objectives for product quality and output following guidelines and procedures.

Role Responsibilities:

Responsible for the efficient operation of high-speed blister lines.

Supporting efficient operation of the Packaging Department as a SMED operator.

Responsible for line readiness through effective and accurate line preparation and changeover.

Minimising line down time to maximise productivity.

Proactive communications to maximise line efficiency.

Actively participating in Continuous Improvement Initiatives.

Responsible for Quality, Safety and Personal Compliance

Proactively promote a Safety culture within the IPT.

Support Deviation Investigation fact finding through Root cause analysis.

Identify component issues and escalate when required.

Take full ownership of personal compliance ensuring proactive attendance and completion of all required training.

Effectively participate in the maintenance of High-Speed Packaging lines.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

Understand and comply with all relevant cGMP, safety standards and site SOPs.

GCSE level in English and Mathematics.

Demonstrable experience working in a pharmaceutical packaging environment.

Basic mechanical aptitude and documentation skills.

Experience with SAP/MES & deviation management, SOP systems.

Knowledge of packaging and manufacturing equipment.

Experience working with W/O orders – Packaging and Manufacturing.
