We are seeking a talented individual for the role of Process Chemist:

Key Responsibilities:

In a collaborative setting, tackle moderately complex issues for assigned projects with guidance from a scientific supervisor or Line Manager. Exhibit proficiency in essential chemistry laboratory techniques necessary for the development and scaling of chemical processes, including routine and advanced laboratory methodologies. Conduct experiments, analyze outcomes, and plan subsequent experiments efficiently to resolve assigned challenges. Communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive documentation of scientific work, maximizing the impact of collaborative efforts in reports and presentations. Accurately document and report experimental results in accordance with departmental practices and regulatory procedures, contributing to the release testing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) for future studies.

Qualifications:

MSc in chemistry or a related discipline. At least 2 years of relevant academic or industrial laboratory experience, demonstrating core Process and physical skill sets. Proven ability to contribute effectively to multi-disciplinary scientific teams. Completion of all technical and procedural training as outlined in departmental SOPs prior to engaging in related work. Attention to detail is crucial, with all tasks performed in strict adherence to company policies and procedures, particularly regarding data confidentiality and security. Maintain an organized and efficient workflow, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner. Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environmental guidelines as defined in work instructions or training. Responsible for maintaining personal training records. Report any operational practices or instrument defects that may compromise workplace safety to management. Uphold the confidentiality of information acquired during the course of duties and refrain from unauthorized disclosure.
