About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Chemist to join our team at Pharmaron. As a subject matter expert, you will tackle complex chemical development issues for assigned projects and/or initiatives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Tackle high-complexity problems for assigned projects with limited guidance.
  • Utilize core chemistry laboratory skills to support chemical process development.
  • Design and conduct experiments to solve complex issues in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to the development of new technologies and methodologies within the field.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for optimal scientific documentation and reporting.
  • Mentor less experienced staff on technical and procedural matters.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and corporate policies.

Requirements:

  • PhD in organic chemistry or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in academic or industrial laboratory roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in analytical and physical skills for resolving complex chemical problems.
  • Ability to contribute effectively to multidisciplinary scientific teams.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and adherence to company regulations and procedures.
