Our client, a leading organization, is seeking a highly skilled Production Improvement Coordinator to join their team. This role is responsible for coordinating, organizing, and improving all aspects of production activity and associated resources to satisfy business objectives.


This is a shift role working a 7-day pattern, based on a schedule of 2 days on / 2 days off / 3 nights on / 2 days off / 2 days on / 3 days off.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and organize production activities to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to increase productivity and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
