Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Creative Coordinator to join our team in the administration of our existing online retailer and marketplace accounts, specifically Amazon. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the brand's presence, optimizing and adding product listings, managing ad-hoc changes, and dealing with all types of customer service enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive administration support to our E-Commerce function across EMEA.
- Create, optimize, and manage product listings with relevant SEO keywords, bullet points, and high-quality images to increase search visibility and conversions on Amazon to support customer and marketing timelines and plans.
- Support with promotions and advertising campaigns ensuring they are accurate, timely, and effective to meet the demands of the business and digital plan.
- Support with the execution and implementation of various projects aligned with the overall digital strategy.
- Handle the downloading and processing of Amazon orders, ensuring accurate and timely transfer of data into our SAP system.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint with strong Excel skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and creative in finding ways to achieve company objectives and solve problems.
- Knowledge or experience of SAP system.
