Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accessories & Homeware Designer to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you'll be responsible for creating innovative and stylish designs that reflect our brand's unique aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct seasonal research and trend analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Develop and design accessories and homeware products that meet our brand's high standards.
  • Collaborate with our design team to ensure consistency and cohesion across product lines.
  • Work closely with our production team to ensure timely and efficient production processes.
  • Travel to factories and suppliers to source materials and ensure quality control.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Excellent technical skills in CAD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Strong understanding of our market sector and trend awareness.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
