Job OverviewWe're seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated individual to join our team as an Accessories & Homeware Designer. This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced individual with a track record of success, looking to further their career.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct seasonal research, trend analysis, and create mood boards for collections.
- Develop and design across multiple product categories in line with the brand aesthetic.
- To design with a strong awareness of price architecture, margins, and market pricing.
- Creation of product specification and technical packs/size charts.
- To undertake product assessment and amendment.
- Support in the product development from sampling to production, working in line with critical path and deadlines; liaising with factories.
- Factory visits and fabric sourcing trips.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, Fashion Design Degree or similar.
- Previous product development experience. An excellent technical understanding of accessories or homeware design and development.
- Excellent knowledge of our market sector and trend awareness.
- Strong CAD, Photoshop, and excellent Illustrator skills.
- Confident and competent communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience using spreadsheets: Excel / Numbers.
- Graphic design, 3D design, and PLM experience a bonus.
