About the Role

Pure Fishing is a leading global provider of fishing tackle, lures, rods, and reels with a portfolio of brands.

We are seeking an Ecommerce Operations Coordinator to join our team in our Cramlington office. As a key member of our Ecommerce function, you will be responsible for the administration of our existing online retailer and marketplace accounts, specifically Amazon.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Proactive Administration Support: Provide administrative support to our Ecommerce function across EMEA, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  2. Product Listings Management: Create, optimize, and manage product listings with relevant SEO keywords, bullet points, and high-quality images to increase search visibility and conversions on Amazon.
  3. Promotions and Advertising: Support the execution of promotions and advertising campaigns, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and effectiveness to meet business demands and digital plans.
  4. Project Execution: Support the implementation of various projects aligned with our overall digital strategy, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  5. Order Processing: Handle the downloading and processing of Amazon orders, ensuring accurate and timely transfer of data into our SAP system.
Candidate Requirements
  1. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint, with strong Excel skills.
  2. Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
  3. Problem-Solving: Proactive, self-motivated, and creative approach to achieving company objectives and solving problems.
  4. Teamwork: Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently as needed.
Preferred Requirements
  1. Ecommerce Experience: Prior experience working with Shopify, Amazon Vendor, or Seller Central.
  2. Amazon Reporting: Familiarity with Amazon reporting and analytics tools, such as Amazon Brand Analytics, Helium 10, and Jungle Scout.
  3. SAP Knowledge: Knowledge or experience of the SAP system.
