Job Summary:

This role is responsible for the administration of our existing online retailer and marketplace accounts, specifically Amazon.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the brand's presence, optimizing and adding product listings, managing ad-hoc changes, and dealing with customer service enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide proactive administration support to our E-commerce function across EMEA.
  2. Create, optimize, and manage product listings with relevant SEO keywords, bullet points, and high-quality images to increase search visibility and conversions on Amazon.
  3. Support promotions and advertising campaigns to ensure they are accurate, timely, and effective.
  4. Support the execution and implementation of various projects aligned with the overall digital strategy.
  5. Handle the downloading and processing of Amazon orders, ensuring accurate and timely transfer of data into our SAP system.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Word, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint with strong Excel skills.
  2. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
  3. Proactive, self-motivated, and creative problem-solving skills.
  4. Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently as needed.

Preferred Requirements:

  1. Prior experience working with Shopify, Amazon Vendor, or Seller Central.
  2. Familiarity with Amazon reporting and analytics tools.
  3. Knowledge or experience of SAP system.
