Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and self-motivated Creative Coordinator to join our E-Commerce function across EMEA. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of our existing online retailer and marketplace accounts, specifically Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the brand's presence on Amazon, including optimizing and adding product listings, managing ad-hoc changes, and dealing with all types of customer service enquiries.
  • Provide proactive administration support to our E-Commerce function across EMEA.
  • Create, optimize, and manage product listings with relevant SEO keywords, bullet points, and high-quality images to increase search visibility and conversions on Amazon to support customer and marketing timelines and plans.
  • Support with promotions and advertising campaigns, ensuring they are accurate, timely, and effective to meet the demands of the business and digital plan.
  • Support with the execution and implementation of various projects aligned with the overall digital strategy.
  • Handle the downloading and processing of Amazon orders, ensuring accurate and timely transfer of data into our SAP system.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint with strong Excel skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and creative in finding ways to achieve company objectives and solve problems.
  • Knowledge or experience of SAP system.
