Collaborate in a multidisciplinary setting to address moderately complex challenges for assigned projects with guidance from a scientific supervisor or Line Manager. Exhibit proficiency in essential laboratory skills necessary for the development and scaling of chemical processes, including routine and advanced laboratory techniques. Conduct experiments, analyze results, and design follow-up experiments promptly to resolve assigned challenges, with more intricate issues requiring additional oversight. Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive documentation of scientific work, maximizing the impact of collective efforts in reports and presentations. Maintain accurate records of all experimental outcomes in accordance with departmental practices and regulatory procedures, contributing significantly to the testing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) for future studies.Qualifications:
Master’s degree in chemistry or a related discipline. At least 2 years of relevant academic or industrial laboratory experience, demonstrating core Process and physical skill sets. Proven ability to contribute effectively to multidisciplinary scientific teams. Completion of all required technical and procedural training as outlined in departmental SOPs prior to engaging in active program work. Attention to detail is crucial, with all tasks performed in strict adherence to company policies and procedures, particularly regarding data confidentiality and security. Efficient and organized work habits to ensure timely completion of tasks. Adherence to all Health, Safety, and Environmental guidelines as specified in work instructions or training. Responsible for maintaining an up-to-date training file. Promptly report any operational issues that may impact workplace safety to management. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information obtained during the course of duties, disclosing only as legally required.About Us:
