A chance to join Drayton Manager as a Sales Executive, reporting into our Trade Sales Manager. You will generate leads, make sales calls, update our database and will meet sales targets. This is a people-facing role, therefore good presentation and communication skills are critical. You will get full support in your role and you will be joining Drayton Manor Resorts as we embark on the next chapter of our journey. We have high expectations for 2024 with further plans already on motion for 2025


Your Responsibilities as a Sales Executive will include and not limited to;


  • Identifying and engaging prospective business partners by phone, email and in person
  • Maintaining client relationships
  • Handling customer questions and complaints
  • Preparing and sending proposals
  • Converting leads to sales
  • Providing support to Sales Manager during exhibitions, conferences, etc
  • Preparing sales reports, analysing and summarising data
  • Maintains professional and product knowledge
  • Works well with other departments to maintain and boost our customer experience
