We are looking for a full-time Customer Service assistant to efficiently handle customer enquiries, resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction to maintain loyalty and drive repeat business and exceeding customer’s expectations.


Key Responsibilities:

·        Processing Orders received from various sources.

·        Answering the phone to proactively help customer enquiries and resolve queries.

·        Responding to customers enquiries and queries in an efficient and timely manner.

·        Keeping Customers records up to date.

·    Organising Returns from Customers, liaising with our warehouse to arrange collections and raise credit notes once stock is returned.

·        Checking Sales Inbox constantly on a daily basis and responding in an efficient and timely manner to customers enquiries and queries.

·        Looking after a number of Customer Accounts, and responding to all their requirements, including processing orders, sending samples out, arranging the despatch of their orders, completing product spreadsheets.

·        Assisting with processing of customer invoices and credit notes and mailing them out to customers.

·        Uphold the outstanding Customer Service reputation the Business maintains.

·        Proactively contributing towards the overall sustainability objectives of the business.

·        Ad hoc requirements typically needed in an evolving SME business.


Skills Required:

·        Excellent written and oral communication skills.

·        Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.

·        Hard-working and a good team player.

·        Strong attention to detail.

·        Helpful and Approachable.

·        Problem Solving.
