Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate high-quality leads.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team.
- Research industries and identify key decision-makers within enterprise organisations.
- Manage and maintain an active pipeline within the CRM, ensuring accurate tracking of outreach and engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to effectively position the company's solutions.
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience as an SDR, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or B2B sales.
Required Skills
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding KPIs, including calls, emails, and meetings booked.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and persuade senior decision-makers.
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to develop within a fast-growing organisation.
