Your Role:

Embark on a thrilling career path as a Sales Development Representative, where you'll be at the heart of the company's Sales and Marketing team in London. Dive into the business development process, research leads, liaise with Business Development Managers, and help book meetings that matter. Get ready to immerse yourself in a role that promises rapid growth and learning opportunities.


This is a full-time hybrid role as a Sales Development Representative. You will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting new clients, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and ultimately setting up quality meetings for the Business Development Managers.


You'll be an expert at prospecting, utilising platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot and Sales Navigator to identify and engage with prospects. You will work closely with the Business Development Managers, who will help you with your prospecting strategy and our amazing marketing team, who will support you with first-class content to help entice and engage the prospects.


Career progression:

Joining as an SDR your first 6 months will be learning the company's processes, understanding their market and immersing yourself into the company culture, all the while hitting your monthly quota of setting up meetings for the BDM's. In terms of career advancement, you should expect to be ready to step up into a Business Development Manager role within a year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sales and business acquisition strategies with thorough research and meeting bookings.
  • Deep-dive into client and industry research to tailor your value proposition.
  • Maintain and enhance our CRM with vital prospect information.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts, including impactful social media presence.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • You will have some Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Business Development skills
  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal) skills
  • You'll be a whiz with Microsoft suite and if you're familiar with Salesforce - that's a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales and achieving quotas/targets
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in SaaS, digital content, business intelligence, media, or events industries is a plus
