Our Client

Are you looking to kick-start your career in tech sales in a business with an awesome culture and great progression opportunities? Our client is a scaling HRTech business that specialises in providing a reference-checking platform for all businesses As they continue to build out their sales function, they are looking to hire a motivated, energetic and driven Sales Development Representative to join their team.


What You’ll Get

As a Sales Development Representative, you will receive a basic salary up to 30k with an uncapped commission structure, and a fantastic benefits package. The environment is fun, friendly, dynamic, and challenging. You’ll report directly to the Sales Development Manager, who you will learn tonnes from There is a hybrid working model in place where you will need to be in their London office 2 days a week.


What You’ll Do

As a Sales Development Representative you will play a huge part in the company-wide revenue generation, in a purely new-business role. You will be responsible for qualifying prospects who could be a good fit for the business before handing over to an Account Executive to close the deal. There is also great opportunity for progression into a management or Account Executive role.


What You’ll Need

While sales experience isn’t required (although it is a bonus), having a passion and drive for a career in sales is essential. Background isn’t important to our client, but what is non-negotiable is coachability, ambition, dedication and a desire to continuously learn and develop. You will have a can-do attitude and will want to build an exciting and successful career within sales in a scrappy start-up environment.
