Job Description

Sales Development Representative

  • £35k - £45k (DOE) + OTE
  • London, hybrid
  • Insurance/ HR tech

Are you an SDR with 1+ years of experience and cannot see progression opportunities or a future at your current company? We are working with one of the UKs largest Insurance brokers, who are looking for SDRs to join the team, with a clear mapped out route for progression, including progressing to an AE within a year of joining,

Responsibilities:

  • Your role will be primarily focused around researching the Target Accounts in your territory and performing outreach through emails, calls, and social media
  • Researching and evaluating additional leads/prospects through web research
  • Meet or exceed assigned quota of calls or contacts per day
  • Working together with the Sales team to grow a specific sales territory
  • Scheduling Initial Prospecting Meetings for the Sales Team

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of inside sales or business development related sales experience (preferred)
  • Proven track record demonstrating strong articulation of a product selling points via phone and email
  • Ability to assist in coordinating sales functions including prospecting and leads research
  • Prior use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Outreach and Salesforce preferred
  • Positive attitude and demonstrated ability to deal with rejection
