Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company’s strategic vision, ensuring alignment with long-term goals and market trends.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee all operational aspects of the business, including production, supply chain, quality control, and customer service, to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  • Business Development: Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, expanding market share both domestically and internationally.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
