Since 2018, we have specialized in delivering high standard, cost-effective security solutions for various sectors, including retail, corporate, concierge, event, construction, CCTV, and dog handling services. Our security personnel are trained as brand ambassadors to provide quality services, and we prioritize ongoing employee skill development through training programs.


Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Managing Director at Rapid Security Services Ltd. The Managing Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, leading and managing a team of security experts, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality security solutions. Some remote work is acceptable for this role.


Key Responsibilities:

•Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring service excellence.

•Lead and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

•Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth, sales, and client retention.

•Manage key client relationships and ensure service quality is consistently delivered.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Financial acumen and budget management skills
  • Strategy development and implementation skills
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the security industry
  • Experience in facilities management or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field
