Are you an experienced Senior Interior Designer looking to take your career to the next level? Our clients is a well-established, dynamic design firm specialising in the creation of market leading workplaces and due to company growth seek another talented interior designer designer to join their talented team and lead key projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the entire design process from concept development through to project completion for commercial spaces.
  • Work closely with clients, architects, and contractors to translate ideas into innovative and functional designs.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all timelines and budgets are met.
  • Produce detailed design plans, 3D visualizations, and mood boards that meet client expectations.
  • Source high-quality materials, furniture, and finishes while staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Guide and mentor junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative studio environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5-7 years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record of high-end project delivery.
  • Degree in Interior Design or a related field.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to balance client needs, design excellence, and practicality.
