Account Development Representative - National Remit Hybrid working. X3 days in their Manchester office and x2 @ home

The Role: This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic, ambitious, competitive Account Development Representative to join an exciting and growing fintech business, who provide businesses with a value proposition SAAS solution to automate and streamline payroll, payments, and direct debits. They are seeking a thorough and ambitious, growth minded, Account Manager with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, to join their thriving team based in the heart of Manchester. Your day to day role will be to provide support to an Account Manager within the business, working with them to closely analyse the performance and needs of their existing client base in order to identify potential opportunities to upsell & cross sell other services provided by the business. You will also be required to keep on top of those customers who are coming up to their contract renewal dates, looking closely into how they have used the platform, and how and where it has benefited them, as well as how they could enhance their use to get even more from it to ensure retention. This will be a varied role, working with a range of business sectors and sizes across the UK, and dealing with the likes of Chief Financial Officer's, Finance Director's, and Chief Executive Officer's, so the confidence and ability to communicate at a senior level is crucial. This role offers a fantastic hybrid working model based from home 2 days a week, and the Manchester office with your team 3 days per week where you can enjoy free breakfast and lunch, giving you the best of both worlds.

Requirements: To be considered for the Account Development Representative role you must: ·

Have 12 months plus B2B account management/sales experience.

· Experience selling a SaaS / Tech solution would be highly advantageous.

· Have a visionary mindset, always seeking opportunities to innovate and expand.

· Demonstrate strong customer growth and retention skills.

· Be highly target driven, motivated, commercially astute, competitive, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently.

· The ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The Package:

· Basic salary circa £25-30'000 + uncapped bonus scheme (£47k OTE)
