We are working with one of the UK's top 50 start-up's to help them hire for an eCommerce Manager to join their London team. They are a super successful D2C subscription brand in the personal care space and they are now at the next exciting phase of their growth journey, as they expand internationally.
This will be a pivotal hire as they accelerate their growth into new products and territories. You will have ownership of the website and their subscription platform, plus play a key role in ensuring a seamless online shopping experience.
About the role:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of their Shopify store, managing products across international markets.
- Maintain and optimise their subscription service, improving workflows, managing customer retention, and implementing updates to enhance the user experience.
- Plan and execute product launches, manage stock levels, create compelling collections, and optimise product placement to maximise sales.
- Develop and manage on-site promotions, discounting strategies, and pricing updates to drive engagement and revenue.
- Prioritise and manage website fixes, improvements, and new feature rollouts, working closely with CX, brand, growth, and operations teams.
- Work alongside the growth team to identify and implement strategies that attract new customers.
- Build and test high-converting landing pages for product launches, marketing campaigns, and pricing experiments.
About You:
- 3+ years experience working in eCommerce
- A background working in D2C brands
- Skilled in Shopify, Recharge, Google Analytics and A/B testing
- Data-driven and comfortable with decision-making skills
- A focus on automation and optimisation is key
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a dynamic team.
