Senior Ecommerce Manager – Beauty Industry

Salary: £55,000 + Bonus

Location: London – Hybrid working – 2 days a week in the office.

Are you a digital-first, results-driven Ecommerce expert with a passion for beauty? Our client is looking for a Senior Ecommerce Manager to take their online business to the next level.

The Role:

As the Senior Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for driving online sales, enhancing the customer journey, and optimizing digital performance across DTC and marketplace platforms. You'll play a key role in shaping the brand's digital strategy and ensuring its continued success in an ever-evolving beauty landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute the ecommerce strategy to drive revenue growth.
  • Optimize website UX, CRO, and site merchandising to improve conversion rates.
  • Manage digital marketing performance across paid, organic, and CRM channels.
  • Oversee ecommerce trading and promotional strategies to maximize sales.
  • Analyze key ecommerce KPIs and provide data-driven insights.
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to enhance the digital experience.
  • Identify new opportunities in online retail and emerging trends in beauty ecommerce.

Who You Are:

  • Proven experience in ecommerce within the beauty, cosmetics, or personal care industry.
  • Strong understanding of Shopify (or similar platforms), analytics, and digital marketing.
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to balance brand and performance marketing.
  • Analytical, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Passionate about beauty, trends, and digital innovation.
