Bringing it to the role.

The End Point Product Manager will work with the Infrastructure & Security Manager to ensure the normal day to day operation of KFC UK&I End Point environment. This includes the day-to-day management of end points in over 1000 KFC restaurants throughout the UK and Ireland using Microsoft Intune, Beyondtrust and Defender for End Point.

The End Point Product Manager will contribute towards and deliver the end point strategy for KFC UK&I.The strategy will be realised through the mentoring and leadership of a team of end point analysts, who together will be responsible for ensuring all KFC UK&I end points are managed and compliant with relevant YUM global policies.

This role will provide technical oversight and management of our key strategic partners. This will be achieved by working with KFC UK&I, global head office team and third-party vendors planning, designing, and developing solutions to assist with the business and end point strategy.

What you’ll do

Endpoint Strategy:

Develop and implement a comprehensive end point strategy aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices. Continuously evaluate, assess, and implement the best applicable deployment method for end point images and software.

Team Management:

Build and manage an inclusive team of subject matter experts to enable realisation of the end point strategy. Mentor and encourage a high performing team.

Patch Management:

Lead and develop patch management cycles and processes across all end point types. Collaborate with other product managers to prove update stability using lab/dev environments where possible before releasing to the estate.

Endpoint Protection:

Implement and manage end point protection solutions, including antivirus, anti-malware, and intrusion detection systems. Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and patch management for end point devices.

Policy and Compliance:

In collaboration with the Security & Compliance Manager, ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal security policies.

Security:

Provide training and awareness programs to educate employees on end point security best practices. Foster a security-conscious culture within the organization.

Reporting:

Generate regular reports on end point security performance, incidents, and compliance.

Team Collaboration:

Provide training and awareness programs to educate employees on end point management best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security controls and practices into the overall IT infrastructure. Mentor and provide guidance to members of the infrastructure and security team.

What we’d love from you

EXPERIENCE:

Post graduate Diploma, Masters, Level 7 degree in strategy or leadership Strong Project management with proven supplier management skills Cross functional management and implementation skills Proven experience in managing endpoint security solutions, with a strong focus on Microsoft Intune. Demonstrated expertise in end point management technologies, threat detection, and incident response. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g. NIST, CIS, GDPR, HIPAA, ISO27001). Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience of managing and mentoring a high performing team.
