In return for this, we are looking for someone who has:

Excellent interpersonal and communicational skills, both written and verbal. The ability to work under pressure within a fast-paced environment. The ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload with a meticulous attention to detail. Experience within an administrative role previously, preferably within HR or Recruitment. Experience with using excel. What would I be doing as an HR & Recruitment Administrator?  Supporting the recruitment team with the preparation of all new starter documentation, notifying relevant departments of new starters and completing various onboarding checks i.e., references, license and DBS checks and Rights to Work. Work with the HR Admin team to ensure personnel files are always kept up to date and highlighting any documentation that may need renewing including visa’s, permits and driving licenses. Supporting the recruitment team in the sourcing and shortlisting of candidates and coordination of interviews. Answer general HR queries, maximising use of the HR Consultants and HR Manager, and take responsibility for managing the HR mailbox. Ensure HR files are kept up to date at all times including personal details (phone number, address), Next of Kin details etc. Work with the HR Consultants and HR Manager to attend all formal meetings for absence and conduct with line managers and employees, taking minutes and updating all copies to individual files.
