Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Coordination: Coordinate and book interview slots efficiently, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
  • Logistics Management: Prepare and send out interview materials and CVs to relevant parties, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
  • Brand Management: Transfer job descriptions, advertisements, and internal documents to new branding standards, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Document Review: Proactively review interview documents and other materials ahead of scheduled interviews, identifying potential issues and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Administrative Experience: Proven experience in administrative or coordination roles, preferably within recruitment or HR.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
