We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team at Rubicon Recruitment Agency. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in streamlining our recruitment processes and supporting our clients in finding top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling Interviews: Coordinate and book interview slots efficiently, ensuring seamless communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Interview Logistics: Prepare and send out interview materials and CVs to relevant parties, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
  • Brand Management: Transfer job descriptions, advertisements, and internal documents to new branding standards, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Document Review: Proactively review interview documents and other materials ahead of scheduled interviews, identifying potential issues and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Administrative Experience: Proven experience in administrative or coordination roles, preferably within recruitment or HR, with a strong understanding of recruitment processes and procedures.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
