In this role, you will:

Lead the development of the Future Vision and strategy for IFP DTS

Lead and own the development of the Strategic Business Plan and annual business plans across DTS, IFP DTS and IFP Strategy team, including Budget, Financials etc.

Lead the Program Portfolio Management for the IFP DTS agenda, take the lead on specific programs and lead transformational initiatives related to Powering Care Transformation.

Partner with business and technology leaders to help solve Kimberly-Clark’s most difficult challenges, transform mindsets, unlock capabilities, and map the path to the next normal.

Develop compelling insights and recommendations through quantitative and qualitative analysis.

In collaboration with the various teams within technology, corporate strategy, and other senior leadership, manage and implement the planning process for technology strategic initiatives.

Manages proper tracking, reporting, and communication of the technology operational plan that stems from the technology strategic plan, as well as key technology initiatives to senior management.

Collaborate with the Segment CIO and the Technology leadership team on key initiatives to design, lead and implement special projects.

Ensure all Business cases are reviewed and signed off by IFP business and ensure value tracking in place.

Own the Change Management and Communications strategy for IFP DTS team and work with the communications team to ensure consistent messaging and linkage to the Technology Strategy.

As IFP DTS Strategy & Transformation Lead & Chief of Staff, you will work directly with the Segment CIO, IFP DTS and IFP Strategy team to lead the development of the future vision & strategy for technology and the planning and execution of this vision. This will include development of IFP DTS objectives, vision, long-range and strategy plans, and identification of the organization strengths and weaknesses including competitor reviews. It will also include the leadership of key transformational initiatives related to “Powering Care”.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

BA/BS degree of equivalent practical experience or MBA,

Extensive experience in management consulting, previous chief of staff role or strategic problem-solving role in startup leadership,

Experience of Building & Developing Business & Technology Strategies, Business Cases value tracking,

Demonstrated experience and understanding of CPG or technology, eCommerce, and industry dynamics,

Extensive experience in Business Partnership and Strategic Relationship Management,

Project and Program Leadership Management experience – Agile SCRUM or PMI/Prince 2 Project management,

Proven Transformation & Change Management Experience across an International Cultures and Diverse employee base,

Strong in MS Project, Jira/Agile tools, communication tools and other key MS tools, communication through presentation of the strategy to different levels of the organization,

Strong self-starter with an ability to navigate successfully through ambiguity to provide recommendations on project direction,

Ability to motivate others and obtain buy-in across all levels of the organization and excellent organizational skills, ability to challenge the status quo.
