About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Environment and Sustainability to lead our environmental and social responsibility efforts. This is a critical role that will drive our sustainability strategy and ensure we meet our environmental and social goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement our environmental and social responsibility strategy, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve our sustainability goals, including reducing our environmental impact and improving our social performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and suppliers, to promote our sustainability efforts and ensure their buy-in.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including NGOs, government agencies, and industry associations, to advance our sustainability agenda.
  • Monitor and report on our sustainability performance, ensuring we meet our targets and benchmarks.

About You

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional with a strong background in environmental and social responsibility. You will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful sustainability strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as environmental science, sustainability, or business.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in environmental and social responsibility, with a strong background in sustainability strategy development and implementation.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong knowledge of environmental and social regulations, including ISO 14001 and LEAN management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with employees, customers, and suppliers at all levels.
