About the Role

At Kimberly-Clark, we're committed to creating a better world for our customers and the environment. As our EMEA Sustainability Compliance Leader, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our products and operations meet the highest sustainability standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sustainability compliance strategies for EMEA region
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with sustainability-related policies and regulations
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to address sustainability-related risks
  • Communicate sustainability performance and progress to stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving sustainability regulations and standards

About You

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in sustainability compliance. You'll have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years of experience in sustainability compliance or a related field. You'll also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
