About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Finance Leader to join our EMEA Family Care Cluster team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability through strategic financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead and manage a team of financial analysts to provide high-quality financial analysis and insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
  • Provide financial guidance and support to senior leadership to inform business decisions
  • Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability through strategic financial planning and analysis
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
