Uniserve UK, a leading logistics company based in Upminster, Essex, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Management Accounts Reporting Lead to join our dynamic finance team.

As a key member of our finance function, you will play a pivotal role in producing accurate and timely management accounts, providing essential financial insights to support strategic decision-making. You will lead a team responsible for the entire management accounting cycle, from data collection and analysis to reporting and forecasting.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong track record in management accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the production of monthly management accounts
  • Leading a team of management accountants
  • Developing and implementing financial reporting processes
  • Providing financial analysis and insights to support business decisions
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
