Job Description:

Weare seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to joinour growing team in Sandwich England. As a Team Lead you will beresponsible for managing a team of recruiters and ensuring that ourclients receive the highest quality service. You will play a keyrole in driving the success of our company by developing andimplementing strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a team ofrecruiters and provide mentorship guidance and support to ensuretheir success

Develop and implement recruitmentstrategies to attract top talent and meet hiring goals

Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needsand provide tailored solutions

Conductinterviews and make hiring decisions based on company and clientrequirements

Maintain a strong network ofcandidates and proactively source and engage potentialcandidates

Stay uptodate with industry trendsand best practices to continuously improve recruitmentprocesses

Monitor team performance and provideregular feedback to ensure goals are being met

Act as a point of contact for clients and candidates addressing anyissues or concerns in a timely and professional manner

Collaborate with other team leads and departments toensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process

Participate in team meetings and provide input on ways toimprove processes and procedures

Assist withtraining and onboarding of new team members

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree inHuman Resources Business Administration or a relatedfield

Minimum of 3 years of experience inrecruitment with at least 1 year in a leadership or managementrole

Proven track record of successfullymeeting hiring goals and managing a team

Strongunderstanding of recruitment best practices and industrytrends

Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills

Ability to build andmaintain relationships with clients and candidates

Strong decisionmaking and problemsolving skills

Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and managemultiple priorities

Proficient in MicrosoftOffice and experience with applicant tracking systems

Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
