We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contract Manager to join our team at Cummins Inc. in a key role specializing in Contract Management for our Business Unit.
About the Role
- Lead Contract Execution: Oversee the full lifecycle of contracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and Business Strategy.
- Engage Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define contract scopes, objectives, and goals, ensuring effective Communication and Collaboration.
- Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive plans, set timelines, and monitor project progress to ensure successful contract delivery and Project Management.
- Manage Issues and Risks: Proactively identify and resolve issues, and implement strategies to mitigate potential risks and ensure Compliance.
- Ensure Compliance: Draft and revise contracts, ensuring adherence to legal requirements and company policies, and maintaining Regulatory Compliance.
- Negotiate Favorable Terms: Secure advantageous contract terms and pricing through effective negotiation with relevant teams and Stakeholders.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, providing financial insights to support decision-making and maintain Fiscal Responsibility.
- Knowledge Sharing: Document key learnings and best practices to enhance future contract management processes and Knowledge Management.

Qualifications
Education/Experience
- College, university, or equivalent degree required.
- Resolving disputes and conflicts that arise during the contract lifecycle, ensuring Conflict Resolution.
- Ability to negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring Negotiation Skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications, ensuring Technical Knowledge.
- Reviewing contracts for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal and project requirements, ensuring Contract Review.
- Developing solutions to complex contractual issues and project challenges, ensuring Problem-Solving.

Min Salary $47600
