The Role
Our Business Development Directors are responsible for establishing, developing, and maintaining Zuhlke clients in line with our strategy and goals. You will be responsible for the implementation of the sales and account strategy to reach defined annual goals and targets.
We’re looking for a passionate individual with knowledge and experience in acquiring new businesses, who can help us deliver excellence to our clients and become a role model within the business.
How you’ll make impact
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of the sales and marketing strategy for the FSI industry as part of a global dynamic market unit.
- Help grow our FSI ecosystem with your domain experience in private banking, wealth management and investment brokerage.
- Business development, go to market and lead generation to win new clients in the FSI sector.
- Develop go to market strategies with our functional practices (Software Excellence, Cloud, and Data).
- Drive lead generating activities with marketing and colleagues in your Market Unit.
- Build deep relationships with customer stakeholders, up to and including C-level and board level.
- Identify areas of opportunity to generate client value.
- Take a lead role in designing, writing and reviewing proposals and bids for offered services and projects as part of a bid team.
- Win new projects and revenue, through diligent lead generation and converting leads into deals.
- Collaborate to negotiate contracts and master service agreements.
- Collaborate to define & support marketing activities.
- Make relevant market observations: compiling and sharing up-to-date market and competitor information.
- Actively maintain relevant personal network with potential clients and partners to generate business opportunities and leads for the business outside the accounts managed.
- Maintain Zuhlke’s corporate identity as a leading service provider in accordance with the Zuhlke Group vision.
- Represent Zuhlke in trade organizations and business networks.
- Coordination of all sales and marketing activities, ensuring effectiveness.
- Responsible for creating strong pipeline of sales opportunities to reach growth targets in the UK business.
