An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the inpatients - Adults and Specialist Rehabilitation Division, to support our clinical services.

This post will be based at Moseley Hall Hospital. We would love to hear from you. The working hours are between Monday - Sunday 8-8

Main duties of the job

The posts will cover a range of administrative duties, predominately data input, photocopying, telephone answering, monitoring of generic/personal email accounts, scheduling of appointments, pulling patient records. Experience working on Rio. welcoming visitors

oGCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English

Experience

oExperience of using word processing packages oExperience in a similar administrative/business support role

Desirable

oExperience working in the NHS or public sector.

oKnowledge of database input, producing standard reports oKnowledge of electronic patient information systems, Ability to input accurately oGood organisation skills oIT skills including word, excel and outlook oCustomer service experience
