Lifelong Links work aims to create lasting support networks for care experienced children and young people. The approach draws upon a combination family finding and the family group conference model to identify and engage relatives and other supportive adults, who are willing to make a lasting commitment to looked after members of their family.
We are looking to recruit a skilled individual who has a good understanding and substantial experience of working with children and young people., and who is very eager to children’s safeguarding and care planning, as well as experience delivering family group conferences.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career within a supportive and dynamic service, offering you comprehensive training and development opportunities.
