This role is a fixed term contract

As the MAdTech & Orchestration Partner, you will be accountable for leading the connected MAdTech and Orchestration practice across the agency, delivering the vision, proposition & strategy within the agency. You will identify and champion our client’s needs as well as monitor industry trends and opportunities to uniquely develop our capability to deliver against these.

The key practices and capabilities this role is responsible for are:

MAdTech - involving the connection of Marketing & Advertising technologies (MAdTech), plus associated data tech & data engineering to deliver against Marketing use cases. Orchestration – Focuses on bringing to life and enabling the marketing strategies and experiences we design. Using technology, data & operations to connect onsite experiences to offsite marketing that deliver improved customer experience through consistent and frictionless experiences. Furthermore, helping clients to define, deliver and operate robust optimisation programmes that scale and grow as our clients require.

This role, due to its nature of connection and performance naturally sits amongst all of our teams and will draw on a range of skills and experience within the agency, acting as the connective tissue to deliver and enable customer centric experiences. You will work across the agency and at a leadership level to gain buy in, understanding and embed it within our existing teams and clients to result in our MAdTech & Orchestration capabilities touching all corners of Digitas.

Responsibilities

Responsible to embed and deliver against the vision, strategy & direction for MAdTech & Orchestration with the agency. Bring together relevant skills sets within the agency to provide the knowledge and experience as per the client’s requirements. This may include, but not limited to Media, Customer Engagement, Experience Design, Product, Data and more. Develop our MAdTech & Orchestration capabilities based on solving client problems in a variety of ways, not simply through technological challenges but user centric decisions, such as Automation, CRO & Personalisation that contribute to the agency’s growth. Lead on identifying industry trends and market needs to inform our strategy, client needs and thought leadership. Communicate, educate and enable relevant client propositions to meet a range of new & existing customer challenges. Educate internally of these new capabilities what they deliver, how they will help grow our clients. Be responsible for technical direction and delivery across a Connected MAdTech & Orchestration projects.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need:

Ability to drive the MAdTech & Orchestration vision for clients and define a strategy and roadmap for transformation Solid track record of delivering large scale/enterprise digital transformation projects Confident client facing skills with proven ability to deal with challenging situations Robust industry knowledge to act as an SME on MAdTech & Orchestration to act as a thought leader in this space both internally & externally Demonstrable commitment to effective delivery approaches using a blend of Waterfall, Kanban and Agile methodologies to suit and adapt to clients needs Ability to delivery high level MAdTech architecture strategy You should ideally have experience of integration projects working across many of the following technologies:CRM integration – Salesforce, Adobe, BrazeCDP’s/ DSP’s – Tealium, Treasure Data, AdobeCRO – Optimizely, Adobe Target, AB TastyTag Managers – Tealium, Ensighten, GTM, LaunchAnalytic’s – GA, Adobe AnalyticsMobile Marketing – such as Braze, BranchCloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
