What's the role?

As a Business Developer you will be focusing on a portfolio of manufacturers and contractors important for the Hilti business in the Elevator segment. You will create a strategy and lead its execution to increase adoption of Hilti solutions. You will also coordinate with the local and global team associated with these account(s).

What does the role involve?

Accountable for the Development of Elevator accounts operating in the segment through account standardization, project specification, sales development (direct or indirect) and multi-level relationship management in a view of increasing Hilti share of wallet. Accountable for the development of the strategy of the assigned accounts, leading its implementation globally through Hilti counterparts globally. Ownership of the accounts project pipeline and proactive build-up with segment teams of Hilti capture teams to drive the aligned focus projects and increase share of wallet. Responsible for bringing market intelligence inputs to the teams to confirm and/or update segment strategies. Focus on sales pipeline irrespective of project and sales location. Maintains effective communication throughout the team and company and acts as single owner of assigned accounts/segment. Responsibilities includes travelling nationwide/abroad when needed.

What you need is:

Degree qualification or equivalent in a related subject . Engineering, Business or Marketing MBA qualification is not required, however would be preferred. Demonstrable experience in Sales, Business Development and Account Development Senior Relationship Management experience, confident whilst speaking with senior and C-level customers Project Management capabilities, managing complexity of system selling across multiple geographies, functions and customers. Networking skills internally and externally, working with confidence whilst working in a matrix setup. Good level of knowledge of the construction industry would be advantageous Excellent communication skills required, listening ability and influencing with leadership negotiation skills Full and clean manual driving license
