Job Description
Are you passionate about using data to drive impactful marketing campaigns? Join our team as a Campaign Data Analyst, where you'll work closely with our Head of Customer Relationships and Marketing Business Partners (MBP) to deliver targeted customer data that maximises revenue. You'll play a key role in segmenting customers, extracting data, and creating highly effective direct mail, email, SMS, and personal contact campaigns, ensuring that our strategies are not just effective but game-changing.
In this role, you'll monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing critical insights that shape our marketing efforts. Your work will involve tracking the effectiveness of various marketing objectives, optimising campaign rules, and delivering detailed reports on customer performance and profitability. By collaborating with the MBPs and CRM team, you'll help prevent communication overlaps and ensure that campaigns are deployed seamlessly and on time.

Qualifications
