Lyra Technology Group is looking for a sales leader to step in as Head of Growth for one of their operating companies, The Final Step, headquartered in London, England.

Based in central London, we've been helping professional services firms fulfil their potential through technology since 1987.

We are delighted to be ranked as a top IT Support London company on the MSP 501 global rankings 2023 list for the second year running. The Final Step is one of only seven Central London IT support companies and one of only 40 EMEA MSPs to win a place on the list.

Your work as the Head of Growth includes several components:

•Professionalizing the sales function- Build out structure, sales process, tooling, comp plans, BDR teams, marketing, metrics, and playbooks.

•Player / coach- Leverage your network and sales skills to hunt and close deals as a player. As you succeed in driving sales, start building out a sales team that you will manage.

•Run cross-functional growth campaigns- Your primary objective is driving new logo sales growth. However, we believe sales, account management, marketing, and operations should work together. You will be expected to run cross-functional growth campaigns.

•Business partner to the CEO- The sales leader of the organization should be the CEO's right-hand person. Formulate overall business strategy and execute.

•Managed Service Provider Sales experience- Previous experience selling in an MSP environment is preferred.

•The Final Step is based in London- experience with this market is preferred.
